I hate, hate, HATE spiders. If I see one scurrying around my home it puts me on edge for days – or until it’s found and “disposed” of.

Simply fill a spray bottle with tap water and add 10-15 drops of peppermint essential oil. Give it a smell to make sure the water smells minty, if not add a few more drops. Then you simply need to spray the peppermint water in the cracks and gaps where spiders can enter your home.
Spiders do not like peppermint oil. The strong smell will send them scurrying in the other direction and away from your home.
For an even more potent remedy add one or two drops of peppermint oil onto a cotton bud and place in the areas where spiders enter. It’s as simple as that!

Daily simple routines for health



Every morning after rising  by force of nature you should sit in yoga position in Kagasn and drink two to five glasses of water . This is called ushapan . Then Without water, rinse the glass with a lip slowly drink . This activates the saliva inside the mouth to the stomach , which is the great for the digestive system functioning .

* After two minutes walk , go to the toilet . Then brush your teeth etc. Then you should go out for a brief walk in the morning fresh air, The Morning Fresh air has more power than  hundred medicines and this natural clean fresh air intake should be a daily routine of your Day .

Try to walk or run atleast 3 kilometers per day and mould it into your daily morning routines, inhaling and  - exhaling  the fresh air In and the body's internal and external processes is complete,and such vitality is obtained that can be had only from rigourous yoga

After  Bath  you must have your breakfast and make sure that its over before 11 am, the morning meal . Meals has to be relaxed and food slowly eaten. Regarding Meals in the evening or dinner, its said that you should see the sun while eating . As far as sleep is concerned it must be by ten o'clock at night , so the next morning you will be able to wake up and start your routines quickly .
