Over the past few years,Human Issues such as obesity has been turning out to be one of the most important health issue that plagues our society today. Millions of  people worldwide are suffering from weight and weight related Health problems. On the Internet very day,Millions ask the same question "How do I lose fat ? ".

So, how do you lose fat ? The answer is simple. You burn fat or lose weight by taking in the right foods. Normally the type of food people consume is directly related to their health. If your daily diet consists of a completely healthy meal, it can have valuable effects on your body while if your daily diet consists of junk foods then you will have serious weight issues ! . There are certain foods in the universe that have specially known characters & are eaten for their ability to control the fat accumulation in our body. These foods are well known as "fat burning foods".
Here I have listed some of these "so called " fat burning foods.

Citrus fruits-
 A very well known fruit and lauded by nutritionists, Citrus fruits that have high content of Vitamin C which tend to burn fat fast. This is because Vitamin C is a crucial chemical utilized by the body for fat metabolism. There are many varieties  of citrus fruitswhich can help with burning fat such as Oranges, Lemon, Lime, Apple, Watermelon, Grapefruit, kiwi fruit, tangerines, Clementine, and raspberries. it would be extremely healthy for overweight people to include a mixture of these citrus fruits in their daily breakfast. The breakfast can even be more healthy, If it consists of only citrus fruits. Doing this for a few weeks, will efficiently  help in melting away stubborn fat around the hips and waist area.

Vegetables:

Apart from certain high calorie vegetables , most other vegetables that are available in the market are low in calorie and consist of necessary minerals and vitamins that can boost up the metabolism of your body. This will in turn, result in weight loss. Vegetable Like Cucumber ,Carrots, Broccoli ,Cabbage, Celery, spinach, etc, are wonderfull sources of minerals while being significantly low on calories.

Eggs:

New research  has shown that eating eggs daily in breakfast contribute a lot in burning fat. Eggs contain Vitamin 12, which is required by your body for metabolizing fat !. Your diet MUST contain eggs

Almonds and other  nuts:

 Eating Dried fruits and nuts can help you to feel fuller for long hours.They are rich in Fibre and help you to control weight loss issues.

Dairy:

Milk is a brilliant source of calcium which helps in the breakdown of fat and may even prevent it from accumulating. it would be best to have fat-free or low-fat dairy products.

Oatmeal:


Oatmeal is very rich source of  fiber. Hence, it can remain in your stomach for hours making you feel full.This in turn helps your body reduce fat

Whole grains and cereals:

 Your diet must also include whole grains and cereals. They are not only nutritious and filling but are also low-calorie and affluent in plant proteins.

Fish:

Fish is also a great food ! Most popular fish such as salmon, tuna, trout, and mackerel are very delicious to eat  but they also a wonderfull and rich source of omega-3 fatty acids. They also contain less amount of calories and saturated fatty acids.

Poultry:

Poultry such as chicken have a good protein profile and are also low on fats and even carbohydrates. Its better to go for lean meat and skip the poultry skin as it is rich in fat.

Water :

Last but not least, drink a good amount of water every day to lose weight fast ! water is the best weight loss product available. It will  flush out all those toxins in your body, and also heighten up your metabolism ! Thus, with a healthy food regimen, fat loss is not that hard and can be achieved with ease.
