obviously yes
foods have different kinds of reaction in our body on intake. The reason why we have fat and bellyfat in the first Place is that the foods that we eat or have been eating are NOT RIGHT ! and are unhealthy choices !

So obviously the opposite is also quite true. You can lose fat by eating the right foods

Apples: This wonderfruit has lots of antioxidants and is  MUST for your body
apples are also high in pectin which encourages digestion and they are low in calories and high in fibre making you feel full and limiting food intake

They are an tremendous source of energy and eating eggs for breakfast makes you feel highly energised than other foods. It also makes you feel full for longer periods hence limiting your food intake.
