  1. swishing your mouth with oil ( sesame, coconut or sunflower oil) in an empty stomach every morning :This is said to remove your mouth and body of many illnesses and toxins

Daily simple routines for health



Every morning after rising  by force of nature you should sit in yoga position in Kagasn and drink two to five glasses of water . This is called ushapan . Then Without water, rinse the glass with a lip slowly drink . This activates the saliva inside the mouth to the stomach , which is the great for the digestive system functioning .

* After two minutes walk , go to the toilet . Then brush your teeth etc. Then you should go out for a brief walk in the morning fresh air, The Morning Fresh air has more power than  hundred medicines and this natural clean fresh air intake should be a daily routine of your Day .

Try to walk or run atleast 3 kilometers per day and mould it into your daily morning routines, inhaling and  - exhaling  the fresh air In and the body's internal and external processes is complete,and such vitality is obtained that can be had only from rigourous yoga

After  Bath  you must have your breakfast and make sure that its over before 11 am, the morning meal . Meals has to be relaxed and food slowly eaten. Regarding Meals in the evening or dinner, its said that you should see the sun while eating . As far as sleep is concerned it must be by ten o'clock at night , so the next morning you will be able to wake up and start your routines quickly .

We need water to keep our bodies alive and healthy. Our bodies is made up of more than 60% of water . The fluids in our body are created from water and as we lose water in many forms like sweat urine and evaporation and other ways , our body signals us to replenish by sending signals of thirst. Water is needed to recreate and replenish our body of vital fluids

Its Not necessary to drink 8 glasses every day, as they used to tell us many years ago
But water is a good source of nutrition and since it has zero calories we can drink it without effecting our weight loss procedures

Water is also alkaline and hence is very essential to maintain the balance of acid in our body. Most of the foods we intake are high in acids and are acid forming foods basically, so water keeps the ph leevels balanced in our bodies

1. They lived in a warm climate. 
2. They had plenty of outdoor activity and exposure to sun. 
3. They drank pure uncontaminated water, ( they didnt have chemicals at that time). 
4. They Eate only natural foods. ( unnatural foods was unavailable in those ages )
5. Eating frugally and never over eating. they didnt have much to eat 

The body does two main jobs every day: the digestion of food and the renewal of 
itself. The moment the last morsel of food has been digested, and the stomach 
cleared, the body sets about renewing its old worn out cells and tissues and 
replacing them with new ones. In short the body is renewing its youth over and 
over. In today’s modern western society there is almost universal overeating. 
The body is overwhelmed with food and spends nearly all its time in the process of digestion. This leaves little or no time for renewal and regeneration. 
Decay and 'old age' therefore sets in. Most people are literally eating 
themselves into the grave. 

6. Eating food in its natural state i.e. raw food . 
7. Eating mostly alkaline forming (fruit and vegetables etc) rather than acid 
producing foods. 
Alkaline foods are basically regenerating while acid foods are degenerating. 
Note they did not eat cereals which, excluding millet and soya, are hightly 
acidic. 
8. Having fruit comprise the majority (60-75%) of the days food intake. 
9. Not eating meat or other flesh food. Meat is poison to the body

impurities and toxins. A polluted bloodstream leads to disease and 
degeneration. A pure bloodstream leads to good health and regenearation - and 
the maintenance of youth and vitality. 

11. Preserving the life force. The sex act was respected and practised solely in its sacred and intended form i.e. for the creation of children.
