Specially Balance Diet
Important components of a healthy diet are fresh vegetables. A healthy diet is one that helps maintain or improve health. It includes amounts of all nutrients and sufficient quantities of water consume a healthy diet appropriate. Nutrients can be obtained from many different foods, so there are a variety of diets as healthy diets.
  • Protein
Protein is required for repair and growth of the human body in the first place. Protein is composed of amino acids and a healthy diet requires adequate amounts of all essential amino acids.
  • Fat
Fat is intended in the body to form cell membranes, oxidized for energy and may be stored for later use if the diet is inadequate.
  • Minerals
Salt
A moderate amount of salt needed for good health.
Potassium
Potassium is used by the body for a number of objectives, and tends to lower blood pressure.
Magnesium
Magnesium salts are used in the nervous system and blood pressure tends to decrease. They are usually soluble in water and are absorbed easily.
Calcium
Calcium is used by the body shape and maintains bones and teeth, and is used in the nervous system.
Iron
It carries the body's oxygen to the cells of the body. It is used by the body to form the red blood cells.
  • Fiber
Fiber in the diet may be beneficial for health. There is some evidence that fiber lowers LDL cholesterol.
  • Vitamins
Vitamins are substances found in food that we eat. Your body needs to function properly, so you grow and develop just like you should. When you eat foods that contain fat soluble vitamins, vitamins are stored in the fatty tissues in the body and in your liver. Waiting in your body fat until your body needs them.
Water soluble vitamins B & C are different. When you eat foods that are water soluble Vitamins, it don’t get saved so much in your body. Instead, they travel through your bloodstream. Regardless of your body doesn’t use; they come out when you urinate.
For these types of vitamins need to be replaced frequently as they don’t stick around.
Each of Vitamins has a particular role to play. e.g.
Vitamin D in milk helps your bones.
  • Vitamin A in carrots helps you see at night.
  • Vitamin C in oranges helps your body heal if you get a cut.
  • Vitamin B in leafy green vegetables help your body makes protein and energy.
  • Carbohydrates
Carbohydrates are chemicals that can be broken down into the body of simple sugars such as glucose, fructose. Glucose is mainly used by the body muscles but is the source of primary energy used by the brain.
The idea behind low-carbohydrate dieting is to regulate the amount of carbohydrates you eat and improve the amount of protein and fat. So, low-carbohydrate diet is that you could eat necessary protein and fat, but you must limit the quantity of carbohydrates you consume.
Low-carbohydrate diets promote frequent eating, and do not consider limiting portion size of any foods other than carbohydrates.
